ShippingAfter you purchase your shoes, your order will be received at our warehouses in Toronto Ontario. They will be carefully packed and mailed within 24 hours of your purchase (Monday to Friday). If your order is not shipped on time, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to express-post free of charge. We ship by Canada Post Expedited and you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your shoes on route to your door step. Other shipping companies will just leave the package on your porch if you are not home or make you drive to their one post office they have in your town or city. Canada Post will leave a delivery tag at your door. You can pick up the package at your local Canada Post Office. Included in the cost of shipping is insurance. Within Ontario people will usually receive their order next day. Within Canada within 2 or 3 business days. To the United States within 7 business days. To our American friends, please note that we do not have any control over customs and duty fees. ReturnsAfter you receive your shoes give them a try on a carpeted floor. If you find that they do not quite fit correctly email info@factoryshoe.ca within one week of receiving your shoes. Describe in the email why you need to return your shoes, ie: “They don't fit well”. Also mention in the email if you would like another size sent out to you or if you would just like a refund. Someone will get back to you and give you an RA number as well as the address to mail the shoes to. Return shipping to Factory Shoe is paid by you, however, if you choose to ship it Canada Post parcel it is much less expensive then you think. After we receive the returned shoes, we will mail you your new size with our regular shipping of Canada Post Expedited. If you live close to a Factory Shoe location, you can bring the shoes back to one of our stores with your receipt within 2 weeks of purchase. |
