Free Shipping within Canada, on a minimum 50 dollar order. A shipping fee of $9.95 will apply to orders less then $50.00. $9.95 to the lower 48 States.

Additional shipping charges may apply to the Territories. Please contact us for a quote.

Your purchase will be carefully packed and sent within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday). If it is not, your order will automatically be upgraded to Xpresspost. If your order is received before 3pm, it will often be packed and sent same day.

Please note, to the orders being sent to the USA, Factory Shoe has no control over duty fees or customs wait times. Generally, orders to New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania take about 5 business days.

Returns

After you receive your shoes give them a try on a carpeted floor. If you find that they do not quite fit correctly email info@factoryshoe.ca within one week of receiving your shoes. Describe in the email why you need to return your shoes, ie: "They don't fit well". Also mention in the email if you would like another size sent out to you or if you would just like a refund. Someone will get back to you and give you an RA number as well as the address to mail the shoes to. Return shipping to Factory Shoe is paid by you, however, if you choose to ship it Canada Post parcel it is much less expensive then you think. After we receive the returned shoes, we will mail you your new size with our regular shipping of Canada Post Expedited. If you live close to a Factory Shoe location, you can bring the shoes back to one of our stores with your receipt within 2 weeks of purchase.
