Shipping Information
At Factory Shoe, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to get your new footwear to your door as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed and shipped from one of our Canadian Southwestern Ontario warehouses within 1 business day. In the event of a processing delay, we will do our best to upgrade your shipping method at no additional cost to ensure timely delivery.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 (pre-tax).
Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 will be applied at checkout.
Note on Rural Deliveries:
Orders shipping to rural postal codes (where the second digit is "0") may not be eligible for our standard free shipping rates. Shipping costs for these areas will be calculated at checkout.
United States & International Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States. Please note that international orders require additional processing time; while we prioritize these shipments, we cannot guarantee a 24-hour dispatch window.
Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48): $20.00 flat rate.
Alaska & Hawaii: $30.00 flat rate.
Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any applicable duty fees or taxes. Factory Shoe has no control over customs processing times or additional import charges.

Returns
Not the perfect fit? No problem! You have 60 days to decide.
The Golden Rule
To keep your shoes eligible for return, please only wear them on carpet until you’re sure about the fit. They must be returned in their original box and in brand-new condition.
Return Options
Easy In-Store Returns: Just drop by any Factory Shoe store. It’s free and fast!
Mail it Back: Email online@factoryshoe.ca for a prepaid label. We deduct $10 for shipping, but if you buy a replacement pair within 14 days, we’ll give that $10 back!
The Fine Print
Payments: We refund your original payment method. If you used Sezzle, your refund must be handled through their platform (not in-store).
International: Orders from the US do not qualify for prepaid labels; shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Expired Cards: If we can’t reach your old card, we’ll set you up with a full store credit.
