Factory Shoe is now pleased to offer curbside pickup as an option. During checkout you will be presented the option to choose curbside pickup at one of our four retail stores.

When you arrive; please park in one of the marked spots and call the number posted on the sign. Let the staff member know your order number, last name, and the parking space number you are parked in.

Factory Shoe offers different shipping methods to suit your needs. Free Shipping on orders greater than $50 is done with Canada Post Expedited and covers 99% of everything on the website. If an order is less than $50, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged at checkout.
Rural postal codes with a second digit of zero may not be eligible for free shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. If you are making a volume purchase with shipping to a rural area of your province, email us in advance to see if we can lower or eliminate the shipping charge entirely.
We also offer shipping by Canada Post XPRESSPOST. The cost of upgrading is $7.00 + tax.
When checking out you will be presented the option for a "safe drop". A safe drop is when the courier will leave the package at your door or in an inconspicuous space near your door if you are not home at the time of delivery. This may also mean that the courier will leave the package in your Community Mailbox parcel locker. Factory Shoe accepts no liability if you choose this option and the package goes missing after being marked as delivered by Canada Post.
Shipping to the lower 48 States of the USA costs $20. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $30. Factory Shoe has no control over duty fees or customs wait times. We cannot promise 24 hour shipping times for international shipments because of extra processing time. We still ship international orders as soon as possible.

We ship most packages within 24 hours. If we cannot, we will do our best to upgrade your shipping to a faster shipping method.
Expedited shipping timelines vary depending on your distance from our Mississauga warehouse.
Please make sure to try your shoes on a carpeted floor the first time. If you find they do not fit, or you just want to return them for whatever reason, please email us at email@example.com to notify us. Please ship the shoes back within 30 days of receiving your shoes. If there is not a return label included with your package; we will email you instructions to get a prepaid return shipping label. Shoes being sent back will have ten dollars deducted from the refund. If you place a new order within 2 weeks of processing the refund; email us to let us know. We will refund the ten dollars that was deducted from your refund.
If you live close to a Factory Shoe location you can return the shoes in person without an RA number for an exchange or refund.
Shoes purchased using Sezzle as the payment processor cannot be refunded in store. If you used a Sezzle account to process a purchase, the refund will be done through Sezzle.
Returns are refunded back to the original payment method. If a credit card has been cancelled and the refund is declined by the processor; the refund will be provided in full in the form of a credit.
To have your return approved it is important that the shoes are in brand new condition with original packaging.
Returns being sent back from the United States are the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return shipping cost.
